Cocendo operates the commercial engine. The Gordon L. Diewert Foundation (Diewert.org) administers all voucher programs, maintains direction & control, and ensures CRA compliance.

No. Cocendo is a Canadian corporation. Diewert.org is the registered charity. Cocendo generates Charity Points; Diewert.org converts them into vouchers.

Merchants

No. Enrollment is free. Merchants pay only when Cocendo delivers measurable traffic.

Each Cocendo‑driven transaction includes a $1.50 fee:

  • $1.00 → remitted to Diewert.org for voucher programs

  • $0.50 → Cocendo operations

Cocendo directs coalition loyalty traffic to your store, offering discounts for first‑time and repeat visits, plus coalition loyalty rewards.
